How Do I Sign Up?

You can pay your $1.00 test drive fee using your PayPal account, credit card, or checking account.  Your financial information is protected with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems, and your personal details will never be shared with an unauthorized 3rd party.

If you’re happy with the site and want to continue, we’ll automatically bill you the ongoing monthly rate (just $19.95) beginning 30 days after your initial sign up date.

 

What If I Want To Cancel?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, and there’s no obligation or commitment whatsoever. If you’re not absolutely thrilled with how fun and easy to use your team website is, simply email us at support@sportata.com, and say “cancel.” We’ll immediately cancel your account with no hassles, and no questions asked, and you won’t be billed again.

 

Can I pause my team website in the off-season?

Of course! We recognize that some users will keep their sites running year-round, while others may prefer to temporarily pause their account during the off-season.

Your account is billed on a month-to-month basis, and  is completely flexible. If you’d like to take a few months off, simply contact our customer support department and we’ll temporarily pause your account. Your site will be temporarily disabled, and you will not be billed.

We will store all your site data and details for one year. When you are ready to enable your site again, simply go to our reactivation page and follow the instructions provided.

 

What are the system requirements for Sportata?

Our system is 100% web-based. There is no additional software needed to administer or access your team website. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection, and you can login to your admin area (or access the site) from anywhere in the world!

 

Do I have to put banner ads on my site?

No way! Sportata is an ad-free zone, and you have 100% control over the content you place on your site. We will never place an ad, pop-up, or any other material on your site.
